To earn the 2019 Wellness Discount, you must complete the Wellness Profile, participate in a biometric screening event, certify to having a preventive exam and then earn an additional 100 points through various health and wellness activities.

 

To earn the full discount, you must complete the Tobacco Activity in addition to the other activities.

Activities need to be completed between July 1, 2018 and December 30, 2019.  Start earning your discount earlier by completing the activities by August 1, 2019!
